Outdoor Education Students Take on the Ocean Safety Surfer Award!

Last week our Outdoor Education Class successfully completed the practical component of the Ocean Safety Surfer Award at Shelly Beach, Moruya Heads!

Students demonstrated their endurance and ocean skills by completing a 200m swim, 200m run, 200m paddle and another 200m run. Then their lifesaving skills were put to the test by performing two different board rescues.

A fantastic effort by everyone involved. Well done, team!
