Taste of Japan: Students’ Dango-Making Adventures

For our last double lesson in Term 3, year 10 Japanese class cooked up a vegetarian Japanese cream stew and dango. 

Japanese dango are round dumplings made from glutinous rice flour. We thank Mrs Harper for her suggestion to make a delicious citrus syrup to compliment the dango. Everyone agreed the syrup was delicious!
