Flipping Fritters Japanese Style

Year 9 Japanese enjoyed the last double lesson of the term by cooking okonomiyaki. Some students had difficulty with the flipping of this pancake-style cabbage fritter, resulting in delicious, deconstructed okonomiyaki.

Parents/ carers, please encourage your child to have another go at making this dish at home!
