Tasty Gingerbread Houses

When 10.7 Food Tech were given the choice between preparing a selection of Christmas treats or building a gingerbread house for their Christmas cooking practical lessons, there was no hesitation with their choice! Below are the results of the class taking on the challenge of a classic Christmas time activity, one not for the uncommitted! Several lessons and break times later, we had 100% success with both the build and the festive vibe. Well done 10.7 for bringing your unique & tasty creations to life.
