Cooking Up A Storm

Earlier this week, we opened up our kitchens to year 6 students from Broulee Public School so they could bake up a storm using commercial equipment, in preparation for their annual mini fete. We were also offered a prestigious spot as a fete stall holder, so our year 10 mentors shared the kitchen space with our visitors as we prepared trays of caramel slice and a variety of savoury scrolls to sell. On Thursday we arrived at Broulee Public School  early and eager to set up our space. We enjoyed the atmosphere at the school and getting the chance to wander around and check out what the other stalls had to offer.
