Delicious Devonshire Tea at 96 Albert St Cafe

The Meals on Wheels Out and About program visited 97 Albert St Cafe on Monday 21 November for a delectable Devonshire tea.

A group of senior community members were treated to lemonade scones with jam, cream or honey and a choice of coffee or teas with ginger lemon and honey all prepared by our year 11 Hospitality students.

The students set up the cafe with beautiful roses as centrepieces, linen tablecloths and fine bone china which exemplified the Devonshire tea theme, and received fabulous positive feedback from their guests, who praised the students for such wonderful food and a beautiful setting.
