Health and Movement Science

To wrap up term 2, students embarked on a two-day health and movement science excursion to Canberra. The action-packed trip immersed students in interactive activities, including biomechanics and exercise physiology sessions hosted by the University of Canberra.

The students also had the opportunity to watch the Canberra Raiders train to explore different types of training and phases of competition and Ice skating to better understand the different stages of skill acquisition. Students displayed respect and responsibility across the 2 days and found the learning experiences engaging and enjoyable.
