Charming Charcuterie

Our two year 10 Food Technology classes surprised staff rooms earlier this week with bountiful charcuterie boards. Students had an impressive array of fresh produce and cheeses, sweet treats and artisan crackers to choose from. They were then tasked with creating a visually appealing platter and were asked to drop around to their chosen faculty to treat staff with afternoon tea.
