Terrific Trivia Night

Fundraising efforts for Moruya High School’s Japan Trip continue, and this time it was through a lively trivia night. Students dedicated the entire afternoon to preparing a delicious dinner with special guests, Bega High teacher Tak, and helpers Saya and Michao. The menu featured delicious edamame, sushi, curry, and red bean ice cream. Yum!

The trivia night was a resounding success, smoothly hosted by Mr. Rivers, Mr Ward, Mrs Cootes, Ms Wall and Mrs Strachan. Students donned traditional Yukata and Happi attire to serve food throughout the evening, adding a touch of authentic Japanese culture to the event. The night was not only enjoyable but also fruitful, raising over $1000 to help reduce the trip costs for the students.
