Budding Chefs of Year 10 Shine with Signature Dishes

Year 10 Food Technology recently wrapped up their Food Product Development unit with an individual assessment practical. Students were tasked with designing a menu for a food truck and cooking their signature dish. Mrs Harper was so impressed with the quality of the dishes produced and the creativity displayed. Students also demonstrated a large amount of growth in skills and work ethic, that has occurred during their time studying Stage 5 Food Technology.
