Wraps have been a hit in our stage 5 Food Technology classes over the last fortnight.
Year 10 prepared the cafe classic BLT wraps for our Food Service & Catering topic, complete with homemade mayonnaise.
Year 9 Food Technology have been developing their kitchen skills and knowledge this term with our back to basics topic, The Slow Boil. This week we prepared a roasted vegetable and chicken wrap with yoghurt sauce. Elements of this dish can be prepared in bulk ahead of time, making for a quick lunch or dinner option for busy weeks!
