Year 10 Agriculture - Oyster Mushroom Production

Miss Mood's Year 10 Agriculture class spent the morning preparing to grow oyster mushrooms. They mixed the substrate with the different varieties of mushroom spawn and placed it in breathable buckets and bags. Students are excited to watch these grow and hopefully they will be ready to harvest and taste towards the end of this term.
