Moruya High School is the home of the Eurobodalla Hub of South Coast Volleyball. This is a new sporting group that concentrates on building skills and knowledge in our 12–19 years volleyballers by giving them access to professional coaches and training sessions.
There are also two tournaments in term 3 and a number of beach volleyball competitions throughout term 4. This has been developed to give our juniors a chance to have similar opportunities that they would have if they lived in a more populated area.
Eurobodalla journeyed to Bomaderry on Saturday 19 August to take part in the first junior volleyball cup. 16 teams from the south coast and Sydney took part, we fielded an u19 boys and a u19 Girls side. Both teams played well, and the girls came home with silver in their category.
