A Perfect Prefect Morning Tea for Parents at 97 Albert St Cafe

Year 12 Hospitality class demonstrated some spectacular catering for the new prefects and their families.
The grazing tables included ribbon sandwiches (Capsicum, pesto and ham, curried egg and lettuce, cheese and tomato relish), salad wraps, salami and meat/cheese/crackers, butterscotch muffins with caramel sauce, tropical passionfruit and mango jelly slice and fruit platters.
This satisfied one component of the “Serving Food and Beverage” competency displaying their talents of coffee/tea preparation and service skills.
