School Dental Visit 2024

The School Dental Team will be visiting Moruya High School in Term 2, Week 2 between 6th May and 10th May 2024.

Students have already received a dental form note for parents to complete.

The School Dental Initiative is a free service and a great opportunity to have your child's teeth checked so please ensure that permission forms are back to school office by Thursday 28 March 2024.

If you didn't receive the note please print out and fill in the form below before returning it to the school.
