A Weekend With the Bard

Seventeen intrepid travellers made their way down to Sydney on 16th March  to experience the delights of the city and spend an evening with the Bard!

Our year 11 and year 12 Advanced English classes sampled some delicious cuisine in Chinatown, before having the privilege to watch a production of 'Henry IV, Part 1' by William Shakespeare. The performance was unanimously thought to be highly entertaining and of excellent quality, and will no doubt enhance student's understanding of their prescribed text for Module B in the Higher School Certificate.

It was an absolute pleasure to escort such an exemplary and delightful group of students down to Sydney, with many fond memories being made. A huge thanks to all who gave up their weekend for the experience, but especially to Mr Norris showed outstanding patience and skill manoeuvring our bus through Sydney!
